Born in Anaheim, CA. Grew up in Orange county, with split custody between her parents. Her mother, Bonnie Levinson and stepfather Danny Hudson produced plays at her elementary school to spend more time with her. Sonya was nine when she had her first lead role in a play "The Magic Bookshelf." She soon followed the lead in traveling theatre production "War on the Home Front" with her mother, Bonnie Levinson. Her stepfather and mother built the sets, and financed every performance. At the age of 11, Sonya started singing Celine Dion covers in local talent shows, and started recording demos with her Uncle, Paul Levi, at the age of 16. She had a contract at the age of 19, but decided to go to school for Dramatic Arts instead. Since then, she has studied at several top notch theatre programs, acted in 2 plays, and 3 feature films.
