Matt Price

Matt Price was born in Chicago and raised in Evanston, IL. He is the son of a lawyer and a puppeteer.Matt went to the University of Michigan and was the co-founder of the improv troupe "highly IMPROVable." After graduating, Matt moved to New York City where he became the head writer / performer on the MTV show Idiot Savants (1996). He worked on several MTV shows before moving to Los Angeles with fellow comedians Michael Blieden and Jason Nash . The trio developed several pilots for Fox and NBC, but then focused again on their individual work. Since that time, Matt has appeared on many shows, including Arrested Development (2003), The Office (2005), Men of a Certain Age (2009)_, and New Girl (2011)_ to name a few.As a writer, Matt won an Emmy for his writing on the Cartoon Network's Regular Show (2009) in 2012, and he has been nominated for Emmys four other times. He also wrote for Root of All Evil (2008) featuring Lewis Black as well as other shows on Comedy Central, USA and ESPN.Matt lives in Los Angeles with his wife Tamara Krinsky and their daughter.
