Born in the southern coal fields of West Virginia, Jeremy Michael Burns spent his childhood playing sports and performing in local church and theater plays. Later in life he became a certified West Virginia Police Officer and is currently employed at the Kanawha County Sheriff's Office in Charleston, WV as a Deputy Sheriff with the rank of Corporal.Jeremy Michael Burns began his film acting career in 2013 when he auditioned for Captain America: The Winter Soldier. He was selected for the role of a Shield Strike Team Member.Since then, he has worked on several other feature films as well as commercials and Television.Most recently, Jeremy Michael Burns obtained a credited speaking role in the movie Southpaw in which he shared a scene with Jake Gyllenhaal and Dominic Colon.In 2015, he and his wife started a Photography Business (@BurnsExposures) in Charleston, WV.
