Jasmine Lowe was born in California, the first child of a musician father and an actress/model mother. Her family resides in Santa Barbara, California as well as Northern, California. At the age of fifteen, she was discovered by an agency who wanted her to pursue a career in modeling. Jasmine knew at a very young age that she wanted a career as an Actress, and Producing her own films. When she was seventeen years old she began working at a local radio station, and wrote a screenplay about her experience called 'My Life Alternative'. Jasmine finally settled in Santa Monica, California where she studied acting at Santa Monica College and University of California, Los Angeles.
