Billy Armstrong was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and raised in Texas. He attended The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) where he performed in several theatrical productions and played Division I SEC football. His senior season was completed with a 10-3 record and a Cotton Bowl Championship victory. After graduating from college with a degree in business, Billy decided to follow his passion for acting and moved to Los Angeles.
