She was then chosen in a national search of over 10,000 girls for the role of Shirley Temple in ABC Family's The Wonderful World of Disney: Child Star: The Shirley Temple Story (2001).She then moved to LA to do appearances on numerous TV series, such as Dexter (2006), Monk (2002) and Desperate Housewives (2004).
