TrailerSmith is called to the scene of a car-jacking, where he finds the reluctant victim, Louise Larson, who initially refuses to pursue the incident. Meanwhile, Hunter and Nadir investigate a cash machine scam involving a number of 'skimmers' – and decide to mount an undercover operation to catch the thieves in the act.
