Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are in Yorkshire, where more space is key to their house-hunters. Kirstie's with active couple and NHS workers Emily and Joe, whose rental agreement is coming to an end, and they're having trouble finding a perfect first home which is big enough for all their belongings. Kirstie needs to act fast to find them a place which has the potential to become more than just a starter home. Two properties catch their eyes, so they have to be quick in deciding which suits them best; and Kirstie has to be even quicker to try to secure one. Meanwhile, Phil's search for space is even more pressing - he's with a family-of-five who are sleeping between two bedrooms in a home that's bursting at the seams.
