Next up is Lisa’s veggie cottage pie with lentils and lovely things that is packed with goodness – to keep it simple, Lisa uses frozen sweet potato cubes for a definite winning family dish. This is followed up by a potato-based cheese and pancetta quiche – John and Lisa swap out pastry for potato and the result is a light and crispy base with a classic indulgent filling for a delicious lunch to enjoy in the summer.
