TrailerThe first season of the American television drama series Homeland premiered on Showtime, is based on the Israeli television series Hatufim created by Gideon Raff and is developed for American television by Howard Gordon and Alex Gansa. Carrie is a CIA officer recently recalled from Baghdad after angering the Iraqi government. Meanwhile, Nicholas Brody is found alive in an Al Qaeda prison. He returns home to a hero';s welcome and begins reconnecting with his family. His wife Jessica welcomes him back while his daughter Dana has only a slim memory of him.
