Critic Reviews of "Grimm - Season 2"
June Thomas SlateAugust 13, 2012This week's Grimm is the best mainstream acknowledgment of our multilingual nation that I've seen on network television.
Mary McNamara Orlando SentinelAugust 13, 2012Grimm not only lives up to its own publicity, it exceeds it:
Nick McHatton TV FanaticMay 21, 2013Nick's fate in "Goodnight, Sweet Grimm" might have become obvious in the final minutes of the finale, but watching those suspicions play out didn't lessen the weight of it. They only made it more exciting.
Frannie Jackson Paste MagazineAugust 13, 2012Setting up season two with an even darker tone than the previous season.
Daniel Goldberg Slant MagazineAugust 13, 2012Halfway through season two, the series is still taking baby steps toward realizing the underpinnings of its own extended metaphors, of exploring what it means to reveal oneself only by losing control.
Kevin McFarland AV ClubAugust 13, 2012Here Grimm stands: a success despite all prognostication otherwise, more convoluted and mythology-based than ever before.
