All in all, 'Eating the Blame' works as a bridge to the halfway point of the storyline.

Billy Bob Thornton clearly delighted in playing the humble reverend. complete with the accent and catchphrases. And it was a lot of fun! But watching an actor have fun with a role isn't enough to get me to tune in each week.

The fourth episode of Fargo gave us lots to chew on. What's great about this series is that it raises legitimately interesting questions about human nature, but it does so in an entirely entertaining package.

Though Fargo the show now definitively takes place in the same universe as Fargo the movie... the wood-chipper has turned the show into something that's linked to the movie while becoming its own weird and wonderful thing.

God may not be real in the universe of Fargo, but the writer is, and that's good enough.

I love anytime Molly is on screen. She may be downtrodden right now, but she's the only police officer who has a clue about what's going on.

    Kenny Herzog New York Magazine/Vulture

Milos has emerged as the past pair of episodes' most compelling role player, thanks overwhelmingly to Platt's sure hand at guiding this kind of blustery-but-panic-stricken rube.
