Hey Zigrida, all you need to do is spend some quality time with yourself. See the world, do what you love, don't give a f**k about other. Just enjoy the 'ME" time.

This is a strange place to ask for help. It seems pretty obvious that your bf isn't serious about you. You may feel like you need him for attention, but since he isn't giving it to you anyway there isn't much reason for you to stay. Take control of your life, leave your boyfriend and give yourself the attention you need. Focus on what matters to you and you can get through this.

So i am in depression and i need a lot of attention, but i don't get it from my boyfriend and from my family too. I was in depression and i wanted to do suicide but i went to psychology and got over that suicidal thought for a while and the funniest thing is that my mum didn't even noiticed that i was going trought some shit. She didn't even noiticed that i was going to psychology. So now i am in a really deep depression and don't know what to do. I need a lot of attention, because i never got it. And now all i want to make my boyfriend to understand me, i want to feel like i am needed that he needs me, but when i tell him that i think he don't really understand what i mean by that. All i can say is that he is saying to everyone that we are just friends, so what you can say to me. What do i have to do?
