Critic Reviews of "Happy Birthday To Me"
FILMINK (Australia)February 10, 2016A cult favourite to many due its black sense of humour and nonsensical ending, Happy Birthday to Me will be a bewilderment to others for exactly the same reasons.
Reel Film ReviewsMay 14, 2015...one would be far better off watching a YouTube highlight reel rather than the movie itself.
Antagony & EcstasyDecember 18, 2012A great deal more complex than it has any right or reason to be.
Combustible CelluloidOctober 16, 2009It's not particularly gory, scary or suspenseful, but it actually contains some good twists and a generally higher level of character and performance.
Dread CentralOctober 07, 2009If horror fans are going to shell out their hard-earned money for a movie, there needs to be more than just a prettier picture on the DVD case.
sbs.isDecember 03, 2007pretty sweet forgotten 80s slasher
eFilmCritic.comApril 09, 2007J. Lee Thompson's entry in the slasher sweepstakes, done up with the usual lack of style.
Lessons of DarknessJuly 10, 2006A camp-tastic footnote to the late-'70s, early-'80s slasher flick craze.
eFilmCritic.comApril 17, 2005Creative kills aside, it's just plain old boring.
