Kalisa AnonymousIt is one of those movies that you have to understand on a semi scientific I am no Scientist, nor do I have any degree or such in science, but I do understand the dna, but the movie in general isn't impossible to understand, Alien life form and has ability that is is able to replicate life from the bio or blood of people, plants and animals, and any animal or person that kills another inherits the person or animal they killed traits and voices and so on. It is not a smart film more along the lines of but more what if, human evolution is still light years behind the mile stones of understanding and even after 2000+ years though we have cloning to a degree on animals, miniking and such to make an excate replica and look alike of a person though blood and cell tissues on an highly advanced cellular level, not only is it impratical, it is this era near impossible but the movie centers around a what if this could be life. and all we know on the DNA, and such. the film bases around what if's. But Portman done a great perfomance, but I feel this wasn't her best, Black Swan and Phatom Menece was her best. she only slightly over played a little too much on this. in general I liked the concept, but the movie not so much, it was enjoyable to watch, but it was cliche at best, but not due to lack of thought, more due to lack of believebility.2019-12-19 00:12

Desirablesins AnonymousFor those of you wanting to know if the movie is worth the watch... It isn't, but I'll still let you decide for yourself. It's your normal cliche sci-fi movie. There's an abnormality that takes a part of the planet, it's closed off and not a single person... not a single "thing" has made out before, so of course like in all movies, there are teams that ventured in, no one has returned and so our actress here goes in, so their goal is to reach a lighthouse; the centre point of everything and come back. The entire movie is about the place and the journey to the lighthouse and the abnormalities going inside it. That's all. No proper storyline. No amazing character and absolutely not a single good message. It's EXACTLY like every other sci-fi movie out there, if you want to watch the film, go ahead but I wouldn't mark it as something worth watching.2018-12-16 12:12
