William Frasca

William Frasca is an up and coming actor from North Carolina. His breakout performance will be in the highly anticipated Lionsgate comedy feature film "Blue Mountain State: The Rise of Thadland" set to be released in 2016. William is best know for his performance as the "sketchy guy" in the second season of MTV's Finding Carter. His acting debut was in the Smithsonian Channel docudrama "Lincoln's Last Day" as Dr.Charles Leale, the first one to render aid to the ailing President following the shooting. William is also a screenwriter and director with a bachelor's degree in Film Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Show less «
