Tory Jones

Tory Jones is a Film Director, Producer, and Writer from Estill County, Kentucky. While growing up in South Eastern Kentucky, Jones developed a love and appreciation for writing and crafting stories, this would soon translate to a love of films and his fascination with the process of filmmaking began at a very young age. Tory took his first step towards the film industry in 2009 with a small fan film to the Halloween Franchise. Later that year, the film would premiere at Fright Night Film Festival in Louisville Ky in the fan film category.Since Then, Tory has remained active in writing, directing, and producing Independent Films. He is the founder and head of Jonestown Films LLC. His second feature film The Wicked One won six awards at it's premiere during the 2016 Fright Night Film Fest, was acquired by Petri Entertainment's distribution arm Dark Cuts domestically, and went on to show at Horrorhound Cincinnati in March 2017. Following The Wicked One, Tory began production on his thriller Angel in late 2017, and also announced his next feature for 2018, I See You.With a number of projects in development and continuous script developments, Tory Jones and Jonestown Films is preparing for a long and successful run in the world of Independent Films.
