Tony Simon started singing in the 1960s with Mervs Bardots, a band made up from a few school pals. He left the band and found a job as a compere where he introduced many household names. He soon went solo and found engagements in Spain and France and still works entertaining in this day. In 1999 his big break came when he was spotted with a striking resemblance to Foggy Dewhurst in the longest running sitcom " Last of the Summer Wine" and went on to play various parts. He has worked with various actors such as Rowan Atkinson, George Chakaris, Ron Moody plus all the actors who have ever worked on Last of the Summer Wine. He left the production in 2002 after appearing in 125 episodes. Show less «
