"Sydney" Jay was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to an Italian Catholic mother and a Native American father.Raised by his mother and Jewish adopted father, he was encouraged to explore both religions, regularly attending church during the week and Synagogue on the weekends. While they ultimately divorced, the experiences instilled in Jay drove his desire to learn more about family and relationships.Jay graduated from Ohio State University with a BS degree in Family Resource Management and was a resurrecting founding father of Zeta Beta Tau. During this time, Jay discovered a passion for film, and specifically, an appreciation for a medium that could resonate with so many people from different walks of life.Jay moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting where he could further his exposure to the study of relationships and the connection between people. When he has a moment to step away from Los Angeles, Jay enjoys spending time with friends and family in Ohio or on his mother's ranch in Texas. Show less «
