Spencer is a native of England and lives in Michigan. He grew up in England and moved to the USA in 1993. Spencer debuted as a scientist in 2011's Dirty Bomb. In late 2011 Spencer was cast in the lead role of the movie "I Wish" which is post and slated for release in late 2012.
