[on 'Aujourd' hui'] This film gave me the level of challenge I really desired. It was just what I needed, headed where I was heading in my idea of performance, which was about ways of communicating without words. For me, words have never been the point. I use words as a tool to say what I feel must be said. But that which I'm trying to say is not only expressed through words, it's through dance and through making love and in so many other ways. So it brings certain kind of balance to work beyond language itself. Show less «
