Sara Paganelli

Sara Paganelli is an italian actress and filmmaker. She began her career in the early 2000s, attending acting classes in Milan and then undertaking extensive training with american teacher and Actors studio member Michael Margotta. She joined the award winning Teatro della Contraddizione Theatre Company and, after that, she has been performing throughout Italy as a solo artist with her own comedy shows. She took part in feature film "Maddalena's song", starred in Tv Shortfilm Old Ladies from Monferrato and shot tv commercials for international brands. Besides acting, her passion for cinema led her also behind the camera. After training in filmmaking, in 2018 she wrote and directed "Swimming", a comedy shorfilm about the importance of listening to children (Special Mention in London Worldwide Comedy Short Film Festival aUTUMN2018, Official Selection of Switzerland International Film Festival 2018).
