Soon after, she earned a spot in the Top 20 on So You Think You Can Dance Canada and then went on to star opposite Justin Chatwin in the feature film "Funkytown." For her performance in the MTV original movie "Turn The Beat Around," D'Ugo was nominated for a Gemini Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role.
