Pulkit Kumar

Pulkit Kumar (born on 16th August 1999 in Mandi Gobindgarh), is a famous singer for his Indian classical and qawwali songs. He has done concerts in countries like England, the United States and Canada. Known for his astonishing voice, he was first discovered in 2012 by Delhi Gharana Ustad, Mr Sumit who listened to him and saw a spark in him and later decided to coach him. Since 2014, Pulkit has made film industry his second choice and focuses more on his true passion of health sciences. He is pursuing his bachelors degree in science and has contributed a lot towards the society. He became the founder of The UofA Cancer Society which aimed to educate people about cancer, raising funds for cancer and promoting new ideas to treat cancer. He raised a mammoth sum of $50,000 in the year 2020 and distributed half of the amount towards the frontline workers and the rest towards cancer research.
