Nicholas Casey McDonald was born in New York City. He grew up acting in school plays, and when he was 21, packed everything in three bags and moved out to Los Angeles to pursue the acting dream. Out in LA, McDonald produced plays in a small theater while continuing to work on his acting craft. He acted in the Fringe Festival in a show with Ed Asner in June, 2015.
