Off-Broadway include Collapse as Ted (New York City Center); Wild With Happy as Mo (The Public Theatre.) Regionally, Ma Rainey's Black Bottom as Levee (Baltimore Centerstage & Philadelphia Theatre Company); Marcus; Or the Secret of Sweet as Ogun (City Theatre of Pittsburgh); and, The Piano Lesson as Avery (Long Beach Playhouse in Los Angeles).Maurice has been fortunate to work with notable writers and directors in workshop including at The Public Theatre, New Dramatist, Wesleyan University and Sundance Theatre Lab. He has made television appearances on CBS, NBC and on The FOX network's "24".Maurice's first feature film "Finding Her" has been nominated for "Best Feature Narrative" at the upcoming Vail Film Festival in early April 2016 where it will have its world premiere.
