Letia Clouston is a native of Paducah, KY. She became involved in theatre at an early age, both as an actor and an assistant director, and went on to earn a BFA in Theatre at Stephens College. Upon receiving intense classical training at the British American Dramatic Academy at Oxford University, Letia moved to Los Angeles to work on numerous movie and television productions, most notably a 4-year stint on "The West Wing".Letia earned an MFA in Directing at the American Film Institute, where she directed several short films and her award-winning thesis film, "AB Negative". Letia's PSA, "Every 15 Minutes", won three Telly Awards and will be used as a teaching tool at high schools in a nationwide program. Letia directed an Off-Broadway one-man show, "The 7th and 11th Dimensions", which won "Best One Man Show" at the United Solo Festival.Letia's first feature, "In the Dark", won "Best Low Budget Feature" at WorldFest Houston International Film Festival and is distributed by Vanguard Cinema. Her second feature, "3 Times a Charm", is now distributed internationally on Starz and Warner Bros VOD.Letia is currently directing a web series, "Broken Toy", and is in post-production on her next two features--a horror film, "The 6th Friend", and "All She Wishes, which is distributed by MarVista Entertainment.
