Lana Starchuck

Lana (Starchuck) Pesch studied theatre at Montreal's Dawson College. She has acted in stage plays Call Me and Twefth Cup, which she also wrote and produced. Her short story collection, Moving Parts, was published by Arsenal Pulp Press in 2015, and was shortlisted for the 2016 ReLit Awards. Her writing has appeared in Little Bird Stories: Volumes I and II, Taddle Creek, and ELLE Canada. She was longlisted for the 2014 CBC Short Story Prize and won the Random House of Canada Creative Writing Award at the University of Toronto in 2012. Lana is an alumnus of the Banff Wired Writing Studio. She teaches creative writing for Sarah Selecky's Story Is a State of Mind School and is a Video Producer and Communications Professional in Toronto, Canada. Show less «
