Karina Michel

British born actress and producer Karina Michel was born in Bedford, England just north of London.She spent her younger years in England and when she was 10 moved to the US. She grew up living throughout the United States and would travel with her family on business trips. Karina is so thankful for these experiences and attributes them to her specialty for accents and ability to portray and understand various roles.She grew up participating in plays and would get her younger sisters and the local kids together in Ohio and "produce" little skits at her home for the neighborhood parents. She started her professional career while still in high school after a local fashion photographer, "Socko", sent some pictures of her to the Ford Agency in NYC. Two weeks later she was on her way to New York as a finalist in the "Supermodel of America" Contest. She continued to work and attend castings and later fulfilled her dream of moving to LA to work as a model and actress in TV and film.Karina has had the privilege of training with some of LA's most respected acting coaches and is honored to have learned alongside some of the best actors in Hollywood. After being in the business for over 19 years, she feels very fortunate to still be creating and doing what she loves. She feels producing is her true calling as she can encompass her love of films and being on set with her flair for business.Karina met her husband (actor and entrepreneur) Andrew Feld on the set of a little indie film in 2005 where he played her love interest. It was love at first sight and they eloped and were married three months later. They have one daughter, Claudia Bijou Feld, which Karina considers to be her greatest accomplishment yet!She's currently producing independent films and TV and creating content for Demand Media in Santa Monica, California.
