Jordan Johnson-Hinds was born November 1st, 1989 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He shared his growing up years between his mother and father who were separated. He attended St. Sylvester Catholic Elementary School and Francis Libermann Catholic High School. Jordan began acting courses while at Libermann from a renowned talent agency. His senior year was spent at Blessed Mother Teresa Catholic Secondary School, where he was actively involved in hosting talent shows, school events and graduated with a drama award.During his high school years Jordan traveled extensively to the United States, spending a lot of time in Los Angeles where he visited many studios. He attended many tapings of documentaries and comedy shows. Having relatives with connections in the entertainment business allowed him to meet actors and other entertainers.Upon the completion of High School, Jordan further advanced his acting career by attending George Brown College, where he did a one year course in Performing Arts. During this period he had already appeared in commercials and TV guest-starring roles in such shows as Life with Derek, and The Jon Dore Show.After finishing college he landed a leading role in the award winning TV Drama, Flashpoint. Along with an actor role in the TV drama, Rookie Blue.Jordan in his off-time enjoys writing, editing, and reading. He made two amateur movies called, Garbage Day, and All I Want for Christmas. (On his father) My hero is my father. He raised two stubborn ass kids, in a society where it's so easy to fall off the right path. Even though I messed up, he was and is always there for me to bring me back. I now realize every lecture, every party he never let me go to, ringing off my phone and bothering the crap out of me, was all for a reason. And for that Mr. Neville Hinds, I genuinely thank you.
