Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, John graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1992 with a BA in theater and fine arts, then UC Irvine with an MFA in 1995. He spent the summer of 1992 working in the acting company at the Oklahoma Shakespearian Festival and the summers of 93' through 95' at Shakespeare L/A. John eventually landed in Los Angeles where he works in television and commercials.He made his first film as writer, star and producer ("Station Zero", 2012) which was awarded Best Narrative Short at two film festivals: Outside the Box and Monoco Charity.
