Chameleonic actor Erik Liberman is known for originating roles in several productions on Broadway and off including "The Band's Visit" with Tony Shalhoub; "War Paint" with Patti LuPone and Christine Ebersole; Alan Menken, Stephen Schwartz and Peter Parnell's "Hunchback of Notre Dame" for Disney; and Harold Prince and Alfred Uhry's "LoveMusik." Recent television work includes roles in Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger's Vinyl (2016), as well as Unforgettable (2011) and Angel (1999).Liberman has also appeared opposite Topol and Harvey Fierstein in "Fiddler on the Roof," performed with Tyne Daly in an anniversary concert of Carol Burnett's "Hollywood Arms," and portrayed Groucho Marx onstage and at the Obama White House.Legendary director-producer Harold Prince has said of him, "Erik is the real deal.
