Eddie Diaz was born in Miami, Florida on November 12th, 1971. Growing up, his childhood and most of his adolescent years, were spent primarily on the baseball fields throughout South Florida.He has appeared in numerous commercials in both the English and Spanish markets including: Subway, Winn-Dixie, Pet Supermarket, Domino's Pizza, Toyota, CVS Pharmacy, Disney, Pepsi, Viagra and Speed Stick/Mennen to name a few.His work on TV and Film has ranged from a Police Officer in the Spanish soap opera "Anita no te Rajes" to a Film Director in the short film "Pretty Boy". Other notable appearances include roles on "C.S.I. Miami", "America's Most Wanted", "Three Blind Mice" and the Independent Film "Latin Kingz".On the production side, Eddie served as the Baseball Technical Advisor on the HBO Pilot "Baseball Wives" where he worked along side Actor/Director Steve Buscemi. He has also lent his baseball expertise on projects such as The Center for Disease Control PSA on Child Inactivity and a spot for Blue Cross/Blue Shield.He is currently Vice President of 5 Tool Productions.
