Daisy De La Hoya, originally from Denver, CO made a huge name for herself as the breakout star of VH1's highest rated reality show "Rock Of Love 2" with 80's hair band legend Bret Michaels. Each week as she competed for Bret's love, viewers were able to see that Daisy was more than just a pretty face, one that would be hanging around long after her "tour ended" with Bret.Daisy began her career in the music studio in the summer of 2003, recording bass and backing vocals for Seraphim Shock's highly acclaimed full-length album "Halloween Sex N Vegas." She then exploded onto the national scene in the spring of 2004, as the bassist for the band's "Halloween Sex N Vegas" tours. Her take-no-prisoners playing style, catchy vocals, beauty, and killer live performances made her an instant favorite with SS fans everywhere. Daisy continued to tour with SS through 2006, and released her first single, "Heartbreaker" in 2007. She followed this with "Pretty Messed Up" in 2008, ultimately landing on "Rock of Love 2" thanks to a video she sent in of herself playing acoustic guitar and singing a spoof song entitled, "Rock and Roll Monkey."Her musical success and participation on "ROL2" lead her own VH1 show in 2009, "Daisy of Love."As a woman who has experienced hardships and tragedy throughout her life, Daisy remains loyal to her fans and the public as she continues to defy the usual reality TV logic. While Daisy is moving forward with her television career, she is intent on remaining true to her musical roots with the soon to be release of her latest single, "Addicted to Love."Beyond her pursuits in the entertainment world, Daisy is committed to giving back through her altruistic endeavors. Focusing her charitable efforts on organizations supporting animal rights (PETA) and young people, Daisy is a spokesperson for To Write Love on Her Arms. Show less «
