Connie Jean Ventress was born June 26 in Kansas City, Kansas. She moved with her family to a house her father built in the countryside near Olathe, KS when she was 7. Her mother put her in dancing school, because she wouldn't sit still and she began performing at an early age. After graduating Olathe High, she went to the University of Kansas and received her BA in Theatre Arts. She then auditioned and earned a full scholarship to Cornell University's MFA Program in Acting. She spent her first years as a professional actress in New York City before relocating to Los Angeles. She roots for Jayhawk Basketball and KC Royals Baseball and loves to travel the world. Show less «
