Colin Mercer
Colin Mercer is an actor, director and writer. He is best known for his work in Victoria Day (2009), Simplex (2016) and Overruled! (2009). He was born in Toronto and is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada. Colin is also a musician and is a member of the indie-rock band Dress Black.
