Ciera Nicole Butts
Ciera Nicole Butts, known as simply Ciera Nicole, was born in Baltimore, Maryland. She won the title of Miss District of Columbia USA 2014 and represented the District of Columbia at Miss USA 2014. Ciera is a graduate of Marymount University where she earned a dual degree in Communications and Fashion Merchandising.
