Christopher Frederick began acting as a child, doing voiceover and on camera work for the local Milwaukee station WCGV-24. During his high school years he studied short form improv with Dan Harmon at Comedy Sportz. Born in Springfield, MO and raised in Milwaukee, WI, Christopher studied fine art at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and has a successful art and design career in addition to his work as a filmmaker. He completed a two year Meisner conservatory program in NYC at the William Esper Studio, under the tutelage of Terry Knickerbocker, while augmenting his technique with improv training at Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB). His teachers at UCB included Zach Woods, Chris Gethard and Lennon Parham. Recent film credits include the feature Area 51 directed by Oren Peli (Paranormal Activity) and the short film Baked Ziti directed by Sascha Schneider (Hill Street Blues, Parenthood, Graceland) where he headlines with Ronnie Marmo (General Hospital) and James Marshall (Twin Peaks, A Few Good Men). Previous credits include American Horror Story: The Orderly (bonus feature, season 2), and Funny or Die hit Snuggle Bunny: Man's Most Lovable Predator, opposite Zosia Mamet (Girls). Show less «
