Raised between Bucharest and Buckinghamshire (UK), Camilla trained as an actress at the Central School of Speech & Drama (London) and Atelier Raymond-Girard (Paris) in addition to her Joint Hons BA in French & Drama at Queen Mary College, London University. An avid linguist, she has worked in French, Italian, German, Swiss German, Spanish, Romanian and Portuguese to date.Camilla has just completed shooting the lead role in the horror feature Escape from Marwin with Catalan director Jordi Castejon. Camilla's screen work ranges from playing opposite Jean Reno in the FOX/Atlantique Paris-based thriller series Jo; to the infamous French prostitute-turned-lady of society Madame Fahmy in the UK drama series Hotel Secrets; and the comedy In The Mix under the direction of Denis Lawson, which premiered at the British Film Institute.Notable stage work includes The Witches in London's West End with Ruby Wax; and the central role of Sobrana, a role that was created for her, in Marco Ghelardi's award-winning Italian language Di Come Savona Ebbe Il Suo Teatro, which had repeated seasons in Italy.Camilla is also a classically trained guitarist and singer - her debut album "Entr'acte" reveals a range from pared-down singer/songwriter to operatic songstress to pop Chanteuse; all with an ever-present classical guitar.
