Bill A. Jones was born in Nashville, Tennessee to Charles and Della Ruth Jones, and grew up in nearby Cheatham County. In his teens, Bill established the beginning of his career as a Radio Personality, and later as a TV host while simultaneously discovering his love of theatre. After graduating Middle Tennessee State University (B.S.) He continued to work as a radio personality for various area stations, including 50,000 watt WAMB, where where he was voted one of Middle Tennessee's top ten air personalities in the Nashville Tennessean's 1986 Reader's Poll. Meantime Bill was performing in area theatres, in locally cast commercials and industrial films; and was hosting his own TV show on WFYZ-39. In late 1987 he moved to the Los Angeles area to further pursue career opportunities, and currently works in a number of media. Every weekend he is a Radio Personality for Westwood One's Adult Standards format, heard on over 200 stations nationwide. Additionally he is a working actor and voice over artist, with recent appearances on NBC'S "Just Shoot Me" and as a co-star with Al Pacino in "Simone."
