Bella Noelle Winkowski

Bella Noelle Winkowski was born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 8, 2010. She began modeling as an infant and appeared in several commercials. In 2012 she started portraying a feisty pageant girl in the TLC series "Toddlers and Tiaras". Bella continues to act and model. When she is not in front of a camera, she enjoys being a precious 1st grader. Her passions include preforming, dance, tumble and jumping and showing her horse. Show less «
