April Lee

April was born and raised in Richmond/Vancouver, British Columbia. Although she had always loved acting and film, she was afraid to pursue a career in this field and opting to go into law.After practicing criminal defense law with prominent Vancouver attorneys, she moved to Toronto, Ontario, where she added family protection and family law to her areas of practice. Dissatisfied with the legal culture and "the system", she left law after the birth of her daughter and spent a number of years as an unhappy bureaucrat before shaming herself into pursuing acting and writing opportunities.April is looking forward to the next phase of her midlife crisis.
