Ali Zamani

Ali Zamani began his career at Bournemouth University where he attained his Higher National Diploma in Video Production. He then obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film, Video, Media and Society from Northbrook College, UK. During his time at Northbrook Institute, Ali was busy directing several short films which were chosen to be screened at the Duke of York's Cinema in Brighton. Following this success, he became dedicated to furthering his studies, ultimately receiving his Masters in Mass Communication at California State University Northridge. In 2006, after mastering all of the valuable skills and film making knowledge he could from school Ali, along with Zeus, spearheaded the birth and growth of AZ Productions, a multifaceted production company located in Los Angeles, California. Since the birth of AZ Production Ali has directed more than 200 music video's and dozens of commercials internationally. In 2012 his Commercial for Luxor "The Comeback Kid", and music video "Love Like Magic", were awarded two silver Davey Awards in the Film/Video/TV, and Music Video categories. Previous music video clients include; Snoop Dogg, T-Pain, Lil Wayne, French Montana, Sean Kingston, Omarion, Marques Houston, Baby Bash, Ty Dolla $ign, Too Short, Cisco Adler, Christina Milian, Glasses Malone, Slim Thug, Mann, Krazyie Bone, Problem, Googoosh, just to name a few. Commercial clients include Luxor Casino Hotel, Black Mask Rum, Jovinno Hair Wax, A&R for Drake and more.Ali has so far directed four feature films. "Maul Dogs", an urban comedy starring hip-hop artist Murs and award winning actor Eric Roberts which was released late 2015 . He is in final stages of post production on his second feature film "Opus of an Angel" a drama starring William McNamara. His third feature film "EuroClub" shot mostly in Austria Salzburg is set to premiere in October 2006 in Europe. He just wrapped up production on his recent movie "Angels Fallen" starring Michael Madsen, set to be released late 2016 in US. Show less «
