MovieBuff Anonymousan interesting premise to recreate the Die Hard plot by adding a hurricane in the mix and the heist items being some stolen art from WW2... BUT, this was poorly executed, hurricane was setup to trap our heroes in an apt complex, but it wasnt utilized much further, flat characters with standard backstories, all the bad guys seemed very incompetent for being hyped up as some badass group of professional thieves the cops have spent months trying to catch, Mel was the only reason to watch this trash, but he doesnt make up for the lackluster writing. I would recommend you watch Get the Gringo if you want to see old man Mel take on some thugs alone or you re-watch Die Hard if its a cop action film you want2020-06-20 16:06
