movieBuff Anonymouswell crafted thesis paper into an enjoyable documentary, i took off a half a star for this particular flawed digital copy, you will see what I mean at the very end when someone cut in an earlier clip of the film into the final 5 min patriotic montage, maybe just a mistake or maybe the uploader wanted to inject their own political agenda contrary to the film's message... regardless of that minor informal edit this film was educational and deserving to be seen by all in America, who are brainwashed into loathing the country they inhabit, anyone else with icky sentiments of Old Glory watching this from a foreign country... get Bent you're just jealous2019-06-30 03:06Keywords: -

Critic Reviews of "America: Imagine the World Without Her"
Entertainment WeeklyAugust 07, 2014There's no doubt that D'Souza loves America, but he loves it much in the same way that we all do: According to a map of his own design.
TheWrapJuly 17, 2014"America" would be simply annoying if it were just preaching to the choir; what makes it unendurable is the fact that D'Souza and Sullivan can't craft a sermon that would keep even the choir awake, interested, and entertained.
NewsdayJuly 03, 2014You could bother debating D'Souza on history and semantics and rudimentary logic, but chances are you'd end up feeling like Meathead arguing with Archie Bunker.
AV ClubJuly 03, 2014Graced with a hilariously definitive title, America is astonishingly facile, a film comprised entirely of straw man arguments.
Village VoiceJuly 03, 2014Hilariously, just minutes after reducing Occupy Wall Street to an assault on small hamburger shops, D'Souza attacks insurance companies and Wall Street executives as fellow travelers in Obamacare, this country's one unpardonable sin.
Los Angeles TimesJuly 03, 2014It's "Sesame Street"-style show and tell, complete with highly suggestive musical cues.
TheFilmFile.comDecember 23, 2014A heinously inflammatory propaganda piece that gives the documentary form and even-minded conservatives bad names, "America: Imagine the World Without Her" boils down to 105 minutes of uneducated ignorance.
Screen It!July 11, 2014D'Souza's main problem here is that he has really made three films in one, and he has failed to flesh out any of the three. (Full Content Listings for Parents also available)
MetroJuly 08, 2014Is Dinesh D'Souza stupid? This seems like kind of faux-innocent question the far-right columnist and polemicist poses all the time. But the answer honestly isn't clear.
Austin ChronicleJuly 06, 2014This is an unusually odious effort because it is so hugely hypocritical and ultimately self-serving.
