chamaflauge #1 Movies Online userRegarding Madara's comment i have to agree. Everyone went so crazy when they found David was the creator of the Xenomorph. I found it terrifying. Engineers create man. Man creates Artificial man. Artificial man perfects bioweapon. Artificial man destroys engineers/man. To me, yes it is potentially better than Aliens 2-4. Why did Ash call the Xenomorph the perfect organism? Maybe it amused him that his kin created something so diabolical. Roy Batty from Blade Runner...Most go a little batshit after being treated like crap.2021-06-29 14:06Madara AnonymousFassbender is one of the best actors currently and this role is so perfect. I'm not sure how other people feel about this movie, but I thought it far better than every other movie in the series outside of the original Alien. Some of the ideas of the story are stupid, but the execution is top-notch. Better than Prometheus!2020-05-05 06:05Walter AnonymousDavid you son of a b**ch2019-10-19 21:10Joji AnonymousBs movie because mothership couldn’t identify who the real David was2018-08-03 07:08Jhonores #1 Movies Online userTbh I thought Walter and David where the same person2018-07-09 00:07Art AnonymousTo Silly People--this is not Prometheus, have seen that, even the title says 'Alien Covenant', not sure what you watched....2018-04-05 21:04sillyPeople Anonymousi love how people seem to think this is the actual movie when it's not.. it's Prometheus.2018-02-16 03:02P1W1 AnonymousLoved the movie, great from beginning to end..... Critic Reviews of "Alien: Covenant"
New YorkerMay 22, 2017There are plenty of reasons to shut your eyes and cross your legs while watching this film, but is that the same as being scared?
Winnipeg Free PressMay 19, 2017This desire for procreation and preservation of the self - human, alien or artificial - is what motivates every being in the Alien universe, and in Covenant, Scott sets up a thrilling thunderdome in which we can watch this bloody battle unfold.
Christian Science MonitorMay 19, 2017If this is your idea of a good time, you can tick away the film's two-plus hours guessing which crew members will get offed, and in what order.
New York ObserverMay 19, 2017Peel away the big budget genre film's veneer of Western Civ for Dummies (Michelangelo, Wagner, Byron and Shelley) and what you have is rather conventional Lego blocks of sci-fi horror.
Globe and MailMay 19, 2017The new film is intended to act as several things, none of them particularly admirable.
Q Network Film DeskMay 24, 2017takes enough risks in embedding its genre thrills in a muscular philosophical core that it is hard to begrudge its existence and Scott's willingness to return to the franchise that made him famous and take it in a new(ish) direction
Siete24.mxMay 23, 2017Although the performances and effects are very well achieved, the mystery no longer exists as in the original films. [Full review in Spanish]
Tampa Bay TimesMay 23, 2017(Ridley Scott) adroitly balances lofty ideas rooted in Prometheus and what can be described as covers of alien kills. A mind scramble here, a gut punch there. It works.
Pitch.comMay 23, 2017It's not a complete failure, but there's something sadly inevitable about Alien: Covenant. It feels more like an exercise than it does a movie.
Film InternationalMay 22, 2017Sadly,Alien: Covenantfeels like warmed over gruel. The ending (as expected, you'll find more than one) won't provide much closure.
SSG SyndicateMay 22, 2017Ridley Scott continues his splattering sci-fi franchise with another slithery creature-feature.
