Tony hails from a musically oriented family. Raised in Puerto Rico he had no specific artistic inclination, yet experimented with percussion instruments and the cornet while in grade school. At the age of twelve, Tony had his first exposure to the theatrical arts when he volunteered as an extra in a high school stage production. Although Tony still was not decided on a future in acting, his interest was once again sparked in 1981, by military public relations officers soliciting participation in a Latin-market publicity and recruitment campaign while stationed in San Francisco, California as a Navy air traffic controller. In 1987, Tony had the opportunity to host an episode of the variety show - PM Magazine in San Diego, California alongside Pat Brown and Michael Tuck. Still, family and military obligations took precedence. Though late to the business, "Tenacious" Tony returned full time in 2003, studied at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute in 2004, and has since worked on theatrical and commercial projects such as "Punk'd" with Ashton Kutcher, "Yours, Mine, and Ours" with Dennis Quaid, "Chocolate News" with David Alan Grier, "The West Wing" with Martin Sheen, "The Number 23" with Jim Carrey & dir. Joel Schumacher, "The Cleaner" with Benjamin Bratt, in "The Station" with John Goodman & Dir. Ben Stiller. Tony has also worked alongside other names such as Prince, Jake Scott, Sylvester Stallone, Jimmy Kimmel, and Shaun Cassidy.Mini biography Show less «
