Tina Georgieva

Tina Georgieva was born in Karnobat, Bulgaria to parents Rossie Gospodinova (Designer) and George Pravtchev (Mechanical Engineer). At the age of 2, her family immigrated to Wichita,Kansas after winning the green card lottery where she spent the next 8 years of her childhood. Tina, traveled frequently to Bulgaria to visit family and it was through her grandparents that she kept the Bulgarian language fluent. Her aunt, Elisaveta Gospodinova, a Bulgarian theatrical actress and voice over artist, greatly influenced Tina to pursue acting after Elisaveta's performances in "Hushove", at the Ivan Vazov National Theater in Sofia . At the age 10, Tina and her mother moved to Vancouver, Canada where she began to study dance and acting.Throughout high school, Tina has participated in many musicals including, Legally Blond (Margot), and In the Heights (Vanessa), as well as many original student productions through the Directing and Script Writing program. Since graduation, Tina has appeared in Wayward Pines, Lucifer, Liar Liar Vampire,and Love Colin.Tina studies at Railtown Actors Society with Kate Twa and Edward Foy exploring theater, acting and play writing.
