Tima Smith

Born Tima D Lockman in Memphis TN on February 13,1970 to James and Charlotte Lockman who will celebrate their 50th anniversary July 30 2016. Tima is named after her father who goes by Tim and has a brother who is two years younger Trae Lockman. She is very proud that her Southern heritage instilled, love, morals, values and respect for other . She enjoyed acting in a few plays at her elementary school and also in church. She moved to North Mississippi in 1979 and calls Mississippi home now. .in 2013 Tima got a small part in Cinemax "Quarry" where she also met and became close friends with Dana Walker Johnson.After being on the set of Quarry Tima got bit by the acting bug, but in April of 2014 at the age of 44 Tima was diagnosed with stage 2b breast cancer, but after 2 surgeries, 6 rounds of chemo and 36 rounds of radiation she has been declared in Remission. In December 2015 Tima has a role in the new Faith Based Christmas film Coming Home set to hit theaters December 2016 is filming on the set of CMT's Million Dollar Quartet and working on several projects with Chip Whistle Productions.
