Tahir Ashraf

Described as a 'Barrister by day, balladeer by night', Tahir is known for performances as Polixenes - King of Bohemia in Shakespeare's A Winter's Tale, voice work in Mogul Mowgli and performances as Holofernes in Love's Labour's Lost.Born in Lancashire, Tahir is a creative, versatile actor, singer and presenter and the creator of The AshKan Show. In Rocky, Stallone has raw eggs and Tahir will do the same. Tahir performs stage combat using weapons such as nunchucks, samurai and fencing swords. Originally trained at BBC Radio Lancashire he acted in pantomimes and theatrical plays. Tahir presents a Drive Time show on current affairs and is the creator of a Covid-19 documentary.He appears as a bearded plain clothes officer in The Family Man and as a lawyer in InterNeurs (both on Amazon Prime). Awarded a scholarship to Oxford university's leadership programme Tahir continues to also work as a lawyer. Show less «
